The Churrasco Banquet will begin with breads and side dishes.
While you are enjoying your first tastes the Rodizio Way,
you are going to be offered some of the finest cuts of meat & sides available
Churrasco selections include meats marinated for 24 hours; skewered beef, chicken, chorizo, pork and lamb
All meats freshly delivered by local butcheries
The Rodizio selection will include one of the most famous cuts of beef in Brazil – the Rump cap (Picanha).
This cut of meat is crusted in rock salt which is then cooked over hot charcoals and cut at your table
Meats are marinated with: garlic, lemon, fresh herbs, cloves, cinnamon, portugues spices, honey, chilli,
mint, wine. orange zest, thyme, french mustard etc
The Menu is served in a Rodizio Style - There are no fixed Entree, Main or Dessert
The Banquet is Not served like a Three Course Menu
If you read the menu the food service can start anywhere, depending on what time you arrive
To complete your experience, Rodizio concludes our banquet by serving grilled pineapple, glazed with syrup and cinnamon

The menu shall include various south american delicacies such as
-black beans, mangos, chicken dishes, salads, grilled beef, bean soup, goat cheese, meatballs or kebabs, cheese bread, cuscini, cakes and pancakes, and a variety of other options.
Traditional drinks and standard drinks shall be served to accommodate the food.
However the chef is still to finalize the menu.

Rio plans on opening at 6pm to 10pm as a restaurant with holding a refined family friendly atmosphere.
From 10pm to 3am move some table and slightly rearrange the atmosphere as a bar open for dancing and to live this south american atmosphere to the public.

OUR MENU
Rio Brazilian Steakhouse is an unique, all you can eat “Churrascaria”. Featuring a full Salad Bar with over 30 items, 6 Hot Brazilian Dishes and a “parade” of 16 different types of Beef, Chicken Pork and Lamb sliced at your table by our Gauchos. Along with a full bar, we have a beautiful walk-in wine cellar with a fine selection of wines from Argentina, Chile, California and our famous Caipirinha Cart. Menu may vary by location.
